Day 1

1. Longhuino’s

They have a breakfast menu of regular staples such as omelettes, ham, sausages and chips. Those looking to cool off in typical Goan style can grab a beer and watch shoppers trod along the main market road.

2. Leda Lounge

Sit down for a beer or any cool beverage at this lounge bar that screens sporting events and hosts live music shows. Enjoy your drinks with varieties of seafood and meats. If you are keen on dancing the night away, post 7 pm is when live music begins to play from Thursday to Sunday. 3. Leopard Valley

Leopard Valley is South Goa’s biggest outdoor party arena; the ambiance is an experience to behold. Party the night away in  the company of 3D laser lights, pyrotechnics and pulsating music spun by Goa’s best DJs. The place is open till 4 am so there’s no limit to dancing at this fun and frantic venue.

4. Shopping at Panjim

Panjim is a great place to shop for food items such as cashew nuts, feni, and local spices. Shop for these things and more at the Municipal market, where things are sold at budget prices.

5. Viva Panjim

Popular with tourists, Viva Panjim serves delicious local cuisine. Top favourites are Crab Xec Xec, Chicken Xacuti and Beef Cafreal.

6. Explore Watersports Goa

Explore Watersports Goa

One of the best places for watersports in Goa is Explore Watersports Goa. Pick single rides or book an entire package, on offer are jet ski rides, parasailing, bumper and banana boat rides.

7. Cafe Mambo

Cafe Mambo

Cafe Mambo is one of North Goa’s most loved and famed nightclubs, spread over an indoor and outdoor section, the place has DJs playing hip-hop, trance and EDM music. For a quieter ambiance, sit by the beachfront where the music is not all that loud. Entry is restricted to couples and women only.

8. Bluebird

Savour a traditional lunch of Cafreal, Vindaloo, Pulav, Poey and more at Bluebird in Vagator. The place is simple but the food surely compensates for the basic set up.

9. Shop at a Flea Market

Goa is popular for its flea markets. The two famous ones in North Goa are Anjuna Flea Market and the Arpora Flea Market. At these markets, shop for everything under the sun – from clothes and accessories to tools and textiles. If you are luck and have good bargaining skills, you’ll end up getting a good deal.
