What the TravHQ Funding Tracker is, where its data comes from, how corrections work and how you may use it.

What the tracker is. The TravHQ Funding Tracker at www.travhq.com/funding/ is a free list of funding rounds raised by travel companies in Asia Pacific since 1 January 2026. It is published by Itemperance Consulting Pvt. Ltd., Pinnacle Tower, Plot No. 8, Sector 142, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304 (“TravHQ”, “we”).
Where the data comes from. Every row comes from public sources: company announcements, investor posts, press releases, regulatory filings and news reports. Each row links to the source we checked and shows the date we checked it. Each row carries a label: Verified (a primary source, or two independent reports) or Unverified (one secondary source so far). The method page, www.travhq.com/funding/method/, explains how we find, check and label rows.
Accuracy, and no advice. Rows record what public sources said on the date shown. We do not audit companies or rounds, and we do not estimate undisclosed amounts. US dollar figures are converted on the announcement date and the original currency is shown. The tracker is for information only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Check the original source before you rely on a row.
Limits of our responsibility. The tracker is provided “as is” and “as available”. We take care with every row but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Itemperance Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, staff and contributors are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, including lost profit, lost business or investment decisions, that comes from using the tracker or relying on a row. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or wilful misconduct. If a court finds we are liable despite these terms, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use the tracker, which is nil because it is free.
Corrections. We fix verified errors in place, with a note on the row, and list every change to a published row at www.travhq.com/funding/corrections/. We remove, on request, anything that was never public and any personal data.
Report an error. Use www.travhq.com/funding/submit/ (choose “A correction to a row”) or write to editor@travhq.com. Please include a link to a public source.
Using the tracker. You may read, search, filter, link to and share pages from the tracker. You may quote individual rounds in your own reporting or research if you credit “TravHQ Funding Tracker” with a link to www.travhq.com/funding/. Please do not scrape, copy in bulk or republish the compiled tracker, in whole or in large part, without our written permission. Ask at editor@travhq.com.
Legal notices. editor@travhq.com, with a copy to Daksh Sharma at Itemperance Consulting Pvt. Ltd., Pinnacle Tower, Plot No. 8, Sector 142, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304. While a legal notice is being reviewed we may hide the row concerned.
Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi, India have jurisdiction. Any dispute is first discussed in good faith with editor@travhq.com.
