Singapore’s Tourism Marketing Initiatives have a new tagline, “Passion Made Possible”

By on August 26, 2017 | Campaigns

STB (Singapore Tourism Board) and the Economic Development Board (EDB) have collaborated to launch a new campaign and give tourism in Singapore a fresh perspective. The tagline, “Passion Made Possible” aims to establish Singapore as a unique hub for not just tourism but also businesses.

The campaign leverages on local personalities to tell stories of passion via series of videos. Some of the videos which span for more than 4 minutes on an average feature wildlife consultant such as Subaraj Rajathurai, Michelin-starred Peranakan restaurant – Candlenut’s Malcolm Lee and Sneaker Customiser – SBTG’s Mark Ong. These personalities talk about their stories and passion in wildlife, cooking and design etc.

While the video has been released this week, STB has plans to market it via leading media-platforms, social networks such as WeChat etc. From the initial response on VisitSingapore FB page, it does appear that the video is being appreciated by all fans.
